I 'think' you could argue that it served educational purposes as long as you add the original image in the 'comment section' under a bit of text, listed the studio that created it and pointed out that Cartoon Network(?) is the rights holder. (as opposed to uploading it like you upload your own art)
But it would be best to ask an Art Moderator for pointers. They have the legal know-how as well as good ideas for workarounds:
